Your glasses get scratched, or even break. Now you need new glasses again. It happened to us one too many times - so we decided to do something about it.

So how do they work? We implanted neodymium smart magnets in both arms of the glasses. These smart magnets attract small metal strike plates embedded at the opposite end of the arms. The result - magnetic force snaps and locks the arms closed when folded. This allows you to attach the glasses to your shirt collar, sleeve, jacket or even gear - securely. Kore glasses stay put.
Kore’s smart magnets are 100% safe to wear, because the magnetic field is directed outward, away from the body. So the inner side of the sunglasses have no discernable magnetic force whatsoever. You can test this yourself by trying to place a paper clip or other metal on the inside of the sunglass magnets – it won’t stick because there’s no magnetism.
