Not too many years ago I was a student and I did tons of auditions across Europe. Some went very well, some were sort of okey, and others didn’t go well. Normally on social media one sees the success of people, however when things doesn’t go your way then it’s often hidden. Most of the professional musicians you see online have done multiple auditions, and some of them didn’t go as planned - same applies for me. In this video I’m sharing some fun and crazy stories from my own audition life, and also some facts that’s normally not too popular to talk about in public, but can happen during auditions.

This is a video I wouldn’t make if I was still doing auditions, but since I now have settled down and consider myself done with auditions, then I can look back and rather see the entertainment in some of these stories. Also while doing these auditions back in the day, me and my friends often spoke about how messed up many auditions actually are, and it would be fun if one day we actually dared to post some of these stories online. Mainly for our own entertainment, but also for letting younger musicians know how it can be at auditions. It's not always well planned, it's not always a fair game, it's not always your fault for not passing to the next round, etc. So to my fellow audition friends from a few years back: this one is for us 😉
