Mahogany Koopa Troopa is a texture hack created by me. All vehicles have been edited, including the menu and mini map icons. An ISO and icon patcher is included in the zip file.

I'm proud with how this came out. There is nothing much you can do to edit Koopa Troopa without making it look odd. Originally, the dark red colors were supposed to glow, but unfortunately the shaders made the character look horrible. This is also the first character texture to include an ISO and icon patcher!
