Played on Hard difficulty with the Secret Score (秘伝の楽譜),, an item that adds extra notes to the chart and essentially acts as an additional difficulty above Hard. Clockwise from top is keyboard, bass, drums, rhythm guitar and lead guitar - I recommend viewing in HD so you can actually see what is going on.
This is not multiplayer mode or anything - I just played the song 5 times and edited the videos together. :) I'll be uploading a small number of Houkago Live videos over the next couple of days (as you might imagine they take a while to make).
