ð Getting there â only 15 km from LÃŒderitz on the B4, but still inside the Sperrgebiet (Forbidden Diamond Area)âso permits are non-negotiable.
ð Ticket & permit hacks
1) Standard permit lets you wander 08:00-13:00 and includes the 09:30 or 11:00 guided tour.
2) All-day photo pass (day pass) unlocks sunrise-to-sunset access for that golden-hour magic. (you can't buy this at the gate, so get it online or in Luderitz, see below for the link)
