About EVMB, Kollaboration Los Angeles 2013 Finalist
Born in Queens, New York and raised in Los Angeles, California, EVMB started beatboxing in 2001. He uses beatboxing in a way beyond traditional hip-hop into a wider range of contemporary styles, which allows him to work on many different multitudes of projects. He strongly discourages the idea of classifying his music to remain on the eclectic style of commercial music. Because of his unique view of music, he is ranked one of the top 16 beatboxers in the nation.

Kollaboration is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to promoting Asian Americans in entertainment and media where API are often underrepresented and misrepresented. Since 2000, Kollaboration has hosted the premier Asian-American talent show in the country.

Kollaboration Los Angeles 2013 will take place at the beautiful Ford Amphitheatre on Friday, July 26th. Enjoy great music and entertainment from the most talented up-and-coming Asian American artists in Los Angeles on cool a summer night! This year boasts one of the most talented line-ups ever! The winner of Kollaboration Los Angeles 2013 has the chance advance to the final round and compete at Kollaboration Star. Come to Kollaboration Los Angeles to find out who will have the chance to become Kollaboration Star and win the $20,000 Grand Prize! Tickets will be available July 1st!
