Two really deep conversations today.
I always liked spending time alone. Of course I like spending time with people too, but "me" time is important too. I started solo traveling around 8 years ago, and it helped opened up new perspectives and discovering sides of me I wouldn't have known.
It's important to keep a balance.
Don't lose yourself.
