Psychic Readings are the legal equivalent of speculation. Nothing a psychic says can be used in a court of law. Therefore, you may or may not choose to consider this the level of speculation.
All psychics can be wrong, and still be psychic. It is a matter of interpretation what we sense in the energy field, or visions or other sensory inputs that we receive.
Pay attention to what is said before and after something to see if it is connected.
Also pay attention to "predicate" statements, Ie, "I see something, it is not the real thing, but it is an idea like that" -
Example - In the Dulce Alavez Case, I said that about a sailboat. Another point, I said I see a train whisp by, but I do not feel it is a real train because of its opacity being shown to me.
When I located the abandoned warehouse that I believe Dulce was brought to, there was a sailboat mosaic on the brick wall, (I also described) and there was one train car that was made into a hot dg stand.
If you can grasp that you know why it would be far better to go these scenes in person.
