In KOF XIII, Some characters can use throw combo. However, most of them have many limitations. ↓↓↓
Ex Iori / Hwa = Oppnent can use recovery roll
Vice = Athena & Chin only (Maybe Bug)
Kim = Boss Saiki only (Maybe Bug)
Kula = Need HD mode
But Benimaru / Kensou / Chin combo is very practical.
