In my first video of this event I cover 'What' happened. In this video I go to the location of the accident to cover 'Where' it happened. My next video will be the subject of 'Why' it happened.

I would also like to put a correction in here. In the beginning of the video I mention IMC and said it stood for "Immediate Meteorological Conditions". It actually stands for "Instrument Meteorological Conditions".
