Koala_Steamed | Koala does Redstone - Most Compact Decimal Adder? @KoalaSteamed | Uploaded 11 years ago | Updated 5 hours ago
I have created a very compact & simple decimal adder.
It has 2 inputs 0-9 and 0-10, the output is 0-9 as well as a carry function. The 0-10 input is incase the number added is a 9, as well as a carry from the previous number. To tile the design you must also include a +1 adder to the first input, i may show that in another video.
This is a very simple design with only 2 comparators on subtraction mode (they do all the adding the rest is just wire to carry the signal strength). As far as i know this is the smallest made, but there may be others out there that i don't know about if so let me know :)
I based my design off cubehamster's decimal adder, please check out his video here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7rdoO55rHAw
