Staying on Ko Phi Phi Don, we paid 400 Baht (each) to take a long-tail boat south to Ko Phi Phi Ley. The main destination was Ao Maya - a beautiful cove that was surrounded by limestone cliffs and featured a very fine sanded beach. The driver didn't speak English so we didn't truly know the plan, he ended up taking us to some spots on the island that we had never read about - such as the swimming areas in the video. On this same trip, the driver wanted us to check out Monkey Beach where he gave us watermelon to feed the family of monkeys:
