Knoxville firefighters head to Texas during Ross Fire @Wate6News

Tennessee fire departments began making their way to Texas on Sunday to support efforts to contain the Ross Fire. The Knoxville Fire Department said that five members went to Texas at 6 a.m. on Sunday as an engine strike team. They plan to man fire stations to assist while crews fight the wildfires in Ross, KFD said.
