KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — The Knox County Commission voted unanimously Monday night to remove all advanced license plate readers from the county. The cameras, commonly known as Flock cameras after one of the companies that supplies the systems, have drawn concern nationwide over potential police abuse and data privacy risks.
