All of these shots were filmed on 7-9-26, except for the Galloping Goose, which was filmed back in 9-6-19.

**This was posted roughly 2 years after I started my channel, which still had he name T-128 Productions, before I changed it to my current one.**

So yeah, it’s 2026 and we just got finished celebrating America’s big 250th birthday, and a few days later my uncle and his son (my cousin) and we went about on several rides starting with the Ghostrider (which terrified me so much I could no longer talk) then we did a bit of gold panning (my cousin and I got roughly the same amount of real 22 karat gold) and went on some more rides like the Silver Bullet and the Sierra Sidewinder, which left me with a massive headache. Lack of hydration I guess. Then my mom and I went on the Ghost Town & Calico Railroad, which had former Rio Grande Southern No.41 in the lead, while my uncle and my cousin went on the Hang Time and Supreme Scream, which I wouldn’t even last a minute on those things, sadly.

As for the old locomotive, one of two that would pull the trains around the park, former RGS 41 did the honors for the day’s run. As for the other one, former Denver and Rio Grande Western (D&RGW) No.340, which recently came back from her brief visit on the Durango and Silverton in Colorado, she was stored in the shed at the time of filming. She’s in operating condition also, but usually they would choose either the 340 or the 41 to pull the train, and sometimes doubleheader on the same train, but very rarely. As for the Galloping Goose? Once again, she’s put on display along with the Edna, a parlor car put on the siding next to the Ghost Town depot.

In the end, we had to head back home after a long, fun-filled day here at the park. A few more rides later, including the Timber Mountain log flume ride (very similar to Disney’s Splash Mountain so don’t get those two mixed up) and another one at the rapids, and a couple of live concerts later, we were getting really tired. Not to mention I also got plenty of footage of the 41 in action, which I never had on my channel before (other than her tender from my 2019 video). Now if only we got ourselves some boysenberry coffee and lemonade before we left. Oh well, we still have our hands full with everything else anyway. We didn’t get to go see the Independence Hall replica either, but at least we know it’s still there. If only Farrell’s and Johnny Rockets were still here. Let’s not forget both the Boomerang and RipTides, which both of those rides were replaced with Hang Time, and both were truly underrated. Still a great place to have fun. Knott’s for the win!
