While we were camping at Knoebels Amusement Park in Pennsylvania recently Brandon rode around on the E BIke so that you can see the whole campground. This place is huge with a lot of sites and sites with platforms for tents as well. It's a bit out-dated with no full-hookup sites but nicely wooded and we pretty much had the place to ourselves. We had a pull-through site but leveling was a little interesting for us despite having done this for many years, recommend bringing extra leveling equipment just in case.
Our steps to our living area door ended up being well over a foot from the ground to the first step and we asked one of the employees there if they had a piece of wood laying around to make it safer and easier on us and they actually made us a step by gluing a piece of wood to a cinderblock! Talk about going above and beyond.
If you're in need of firewood we recommend buying it by the bucket there, great deal!
They have a number you can call for 24 hour security. They also provide you with garbage bags and come around and pick up your trash at your site.
If you've never been to Knoebels it is a free-admission (you pay to ride the rides but not to enter the park) dog friendly amusement park. It's an older style amusement park which I honestly think could use some updates but it is great for younger kids and families.
