This is simply a video of me knitting. I don’t talk, I don’t demonstrate: I just knit. Ok, I happen to be knitting with four yarns at once, and creating a fabric that contains three separate layers, but I’m just knitting.
Many people find watching someone knit incredibly soothing, almost soporific. I’m one of them, so I thought I’d share this with you all.
I’m working on my four-colour, triple-knitted lace cowl, and the half hour sees me knit almost one complete round. It’s not a fast endeavour.
At one point, I run out of one of the colours, and spit splice in a new ball. That’s as exciting as it gets.
