In this video, I break down why the pain and progression of knee osteoarthritis are driven as much by inflammation and metabolic health as by worn cartilage — and why that completely changes what you can do about it. We'll cover why every drug built to block a single inflammatory signal failed, what a new randomized trial revealed when researchers measured PRP's effect on blood biomarkers in bone-on-bone knees, and how diet, weight, and GLP-1 medications fit into the same picture.
