In the little area (that's between the kitchen and entry areas) of the apartment house (that my dad and I went to), this here is like one of my childhood fans, I love the design of them, especially the pull-chains too, and the fan & light are from one single switch.
This fan kinda wobbles a bit, at least on medium and high speeds, and as you can (toward the end of the video), the spindown time is pretty short.
