K&L Trainz has partnered up again with Approach Medium to present the Hudson & Western Railroad.
From 1885 to 1951, the Hudson & Western dominated the Catskills. When the line was officially abandoned in 1975, the section of track from the Conrail interchange in Esopus to the ports was ripped up and developed over. This module brings to life what used to be the headquarters for the Hudson & Western, and their major port in Esopus. Operating as a stand alone module, or as an addition to the Dry Brook route, the Hudson & Western model includes a staging yard, multi industries, fully modeled city areas, a trolley route, and tons of detail!
