🔥 A Kirk Cameron hell video went viral and reignited a major debate: DOES HELL BURN FOREVER?
Most Christians only hear two options:
1) Eternal Conscious Torment (ECT)
2) Universalism
But there’s a third view—rarely taught, deeply biblical, and rooted in early Christian history:
Conditional Immortality (Annihilationism).
In this video, I walk through:
• What Scripture actually says about hellfire, outer darkness, the lake of fire, “unquenchable fire,” and “their worm does not die”
• Why many New Testament “eternal fire / smoke forever” phrases mirror Old Testament judgments (meaning: complete destruction, not endless burning)
• Verses that show sin and evil will end—permanently
• Early church voices (church fathers) on immortality and final judgment—before later shifts made ECT the default
Yes, the Bible teaches judgment.
Yes, God will deal with sin.
But will God preserve evil forever—or end it completely?
And we’re ending where Jesus ends:
John 3:16 — eternal life vs perish.
That contrast reveals the character of God: justice that is real, love that is consistent, and a final fire that finishes the job.
