Getting all the gold medals across both the normal and extra categories is in my opinion the 100% category of this game. This isn't the greatest run of all time, but I figured I'd mark it public anyway since I have no intention of improving it any time soon. My only goal was really just to get through the run while using my normal strategies and not failing any of the gold medal cutoffs.
This is also my All Golds Extra Course PB as of 6/16/2026, in 35 minutes and 34 seconds. (The Extra Courses start at 33:03.)
Misses:
1-6 - I didn't even notice that I didn't put enough backspin until Kirby wasn't going toward the hole lol. I had to compensate for this miss by taking a hole in one on hole 7. In other categories I would have reset over this, but this category I just wanted to get it done.
5-1 - I wasn't supposed to boost there at the start of shot 1. I don't know what to do in shot 2 if I make that mistake.
6-6 - I missed the hole, whoops. I didn't quite stop in the normal place after shot 1 due to some relative unfamiliarity with the 2-shot strategy that I do in All Golds (normally I do it in 3 shots and it's maybe a half second faster). I ended up taking a low health complaint after shot 1 on 6-7, which probably could have been avoided if I'd remembered that that was going to happen.
Ex1-5 - I was a bit late on the Fireball, had to bail out with the Hi Jump and slowly bounce back to the hole.
Ex4-2 - This is another one of those ones where I just missed the hole, whoops. It's pretty slow to miss like this, too...
Ex7-6 - Oof, late on the Tornado so I didn't get high enough to get the UFO. I don't really know what to do when this happens other than to just finish it out for a hole in one. I was ahead of the gold medal cutoff already so I really didn't need the extra safety.
Things that were a little slow:
3-2 - I just had to ride the conveyor for a pretty long time is all.
3-4 - I didn't get the power I was looking for on shot 2, so I had to bounce over the hole and come back. Pretty normal.
