The last of this game's Big Switches is the Blue one that I found in Wonder Lilane's Frozen Fantasy. So I went back to a couple of older levels that relate to it.
First, I returned to Bloo Hills' Canvas Canyon.
Not only does it take a long time to just REACH the spot of where the Blue Switch Block used to be, but to get into the new path there to begin with, you have to time a falling cannon right so that Kirby can blast all the way through into the newly-open path.

Then, I return to Omarine Zone's Collapse Castle.
That stage's tall Blue Switch Block was right next to the door at 8:28. Carefully use a combination of your Rainbow Lines and the Arrow Blocks underneath Kirby to roll your way through that path to reach the new Medal. Just know that most of this path is rejects Rainbow Lines.
