Pretty solid pace going into the final 5. Morpho Knight still can be a bit of an issue, however. The forgo souls are a bit of a pain to deal with at times, even when you think you've dodged them, they might have weird patterns. That fight overall was good. Everything in this run was pretty solid or decent for the most part. Still has its share of mistakes, like in the first sub bosses fight, Phantom Gorimondo(the giant sword swing miss was tragic), and Phantom Forgo Dedede.

The last phase of Chaos Elfilis is what really makes this ability shine through. The sun phase can be skipped when properly executed, as you'll see in the last clip I put at the end of the video. It was close, but I've had a couple of runs where I would've beaten it if I did the upper and down thrust a little later than sooner. I used the regular strategy I normally went for in my original runs, which isn't ideal at all, but it was my only option, since I overshot on the HP threshold. Hoping my next run skips the sun phase, and then we'll get an even lower 7 minute run, potentially even closer to 6 minutes.
