Typically, I wanted to sub 5 before I uploaded any runs for this mode, but this is remotely close to what I'd like to get and it's good to show off any progress you make.
Needless to say about this run is that it's considerably solid given with this ability. I'm positive a 4:40 run is doable with it, or possibly even lower. WR isn’t possible with this ability but it’s fun pushing down times for other abilities.
Most of my time save lies within Chaos Elfilis and it's first phase. The start of it is very heavy on RNG if you want him to stay on stage. More times than none, he'll just fly out to the background or sometimes go through different portals, but it's very possible he'll stay on stage and you can save around 10-15 seconds because of that, maybe even more. I also made a handful of mistakes on some of these bosses, such as Phantom Forgo Dedede, where I accidentally jumped when I wanted to do down thrust to immediately end the fight, and the soul phase of Chaos Elfilis. He should always go down during the meteor phase, but I missed the first giant sword swing before he went into the background and I missed the second due to RNG, since the stairs had me climb 5 meteor pillars instead of 4, which I had to use the confusion waves instead.
All in all, I do plan to go for sub 5 in the future. It'll be rough, considering Phantom Meta Knight and Chaos Elfilis are heavy around RNG and they're unpredictable with what they do.
