I just got done watching the Nintendo Switch 2 Direct for Kirby Air Riders. It looks like a fun HD return to a classic Gamecube game. I kind of wish they did more to improve the controls, but it still looks like a lot of fun, especially with an online City Trial Mode, and other characters getting copy abilities and being able to ride the vehicles that Only Kirby could ride in the first game.
