Midway through my second week and I'm making some progress. My standards are now very close to world record pace for the first 5-7 minutes of the run and that's about half of it so we're getting there.
Major time saves are left in the last two splits, and significant but not as major time saves are still needed throughout. It's looking good, sub 14 should be very soon, and who knows when I'll get a sub 13:40. -- Watch live at twitch.tv/danzel_glovington

Very tight run of all the stages with my current skill level and strategies. My sum of bests (which isnt accurate in the timer) is likely only a minute or two max faster than this.
