UPDATE: As YouTube user "NoobsGameToo" helped me discover, you need to have the Mickey symbol for "Story", "Characters", and "Mini-games" in Jiminy's journal, as well as the "Card Master" rank (all cards except these two) to be able to get these special cards.

There are two special cards in Re:Chain of Memories that are kind of hidden since the game doesn't tell you that you miss them.
