First time winning this on Crit. Believe it or not, fairly well done optional boss fight that's intense and yet rewarding to learn. I'm still learning the fight, so botched opening, didn't get all parries, and avoided another way to parry to be safe. Was LV64.
Unlike Osaka's garbage design optional fights of the past handhelds, this time you can create openings and the boss has a real Revenge Value as well, and the staggers are consistent. You also don't have to spam dodge (it doesn't let you mash it infinitely like BBS anyway). Only real attack I didn't figure out how to dodge yet is her ice attack, but I cancelled it in this video both times with a Thundaga.
Couple small complaints though. One, frame drops are stupid here, at least on PS4 Pro. It can eat your dodges and reactions sometimes. Secondly, parrying her is a cool as shit way to get an opening, but no where else in the game does it really imply that's a thing (unless it's written in JP somewhere).
On Critical Mode, you don't have Second Chance or Combo Master, and can only use 3 items per fight, so things can get dangerous. This fight can easily two shot you on Crit, so I try to heal after any decent hit I take.
You get to this boss by collecting all 12 Chests that contain the Zodiac signs (or whatever). Then a mirror shows up in center room of the Mirror area that consists of 4 forced fights that leads into the secret fight.
