This is the 228th episode of Kingdom Hearts "An Avalanche of Trouble".
After escaping the Labyrinth of Ice inside Queen Elsa's castle, Sora and his crew try to head back to the castle but are interrupted by Larxene, who uses her powers to blow Sora and his crew miles away into the mountains, where they're greeted by an avalanche, which try as they might, they're unable to outrun and are knocked senseless. They're then waken by a snowman named Olaf, which leads them to Olaf's friends, including Anna, Elsa's sister, who tells Sora of an episode she had that resulted in her and Elsa being separated as Elsa was about to go to her coronation.
