Hello everyone! I'm KeybladeWXV :)
As some of you may know, KH Days is a game that holds a special place in my little gamer/actor heart and is a big reason why I became so invested in both the Kingdom Hearts series and Voice Acting!
The Goal:
The plan is that we will be dubbing over the games Remastered cutscenes, as well as the original DS game cutscenes.
The remastered cutscene collection did a fantastic job at recreating the story of Days. The acting and animation was lovingly crafted and did wonders for the story's presentation, something that due to technical reasons simply wasn't possible in the original DS version.
Having said that however, I personally feel the “movie version” alone just doesn’t do this game justice. A lot of the original DS dialogue scenes were sacrificed in the process, causing pacing issues and cut out a lot of nuanced moments and character development.
As such, I'm hoping to bridge the gap by providing a definitive version of the story, in which both the movie and DS scenes will line up together in order to tell the story as intended.
Additionally, I’m hoping to release each dub Episode with the corresponding day of the year. So for example, Day 7 will be released on January 7th. Day 255 will release September 12th etc etc
