Story:
Sideshow Mel hated being insulted and humiliated by Krusty. But he would put up with it, because he didn't want to end up becoming a villain, and ruining his reputation like his predecessor. However, what pushed him over the edge was how Krusty would compare him unfavorably to Bob, and how he would apologize to Bob but never to Mel, despite being a better person morally. Why is that his boss treats the sideshow who's a literal felon better than the sideshow who did nothing wrong? Mel finally snaps, and enters his villain era. If Krusty wants a bad guy who wants to hurt him, then a bad guy who wants to hurt him he shall receive. Mel wants to put Sideshow Bob to shame.
So, I got this idea while working on an AU where the cast of the Krusty the Clown Show swaps places with the Springfield Mafia (which in turn was inspired by a mafia/school swap AU on Tumblr). I had a video idea sort of based on that, but somehow it ended up turning into a Sideshow Mel villain arc. I have another villain Sideshow Mel video planned where he confronts Krusty (which was why I tried to avoid using clips of him with Krusty here). I also have a Villain Krusty video planned for Halloween.
