2 oz. Blue Chair Bay Coconut Spiced Rum Cream
1 oz. Blue Chair Bay Coconut Rum
1 oz. pineapple juice
1 oz. cream of coconut
1 cup ice

Add ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with a pineapple wedge, pineapple leaves, and a purple straw to get your Mardi Gras on!
