In this video I visit the legendary Mount Kinabalu in Borneo, a biodiversity hotspot, to do some orchid and plant spotting. This video is filmed over three days, during which I visit as many of the nine cloud forest trails as possible and find them fairly dripping with wild orchids, some of which are in bloom. Day three reveals a parasitic beauty that I feel sure is a Rafflesia relative but stay tuned to the end of the video to find its true identity. Botanic names are written on the screen wherever possible.
