Last year as newlyweds, we were invited to my husband's family's annual KIMJANG - a time where an entire family/neighborhood gets together to make their kimchi for the year. With generations being further and further removed from our country of origin, a lot of these traditions are dying out with the older generation. Hopefully we can help keep these traditions - like Kimjang - alive!
Kimchi is a Korean side dish and staple in Korean cuisine - fermented vegetables, usually napa cabbage and Korean radish. Yum!
