Not exactly a frame by frame perfect comparison, but I show off the quality from both, especially to show how exactly the 3DO version looks like compared to the heavily compressed one from the PC/MAC release.

I managed to extract the 3DO FMVs version by editing the Opera core from RetroArch with disabling the transparency effects (semi-transparent pixels and other pixels being set to transparent) and then using the built-in video recording feature of RetroArch in lossless quality to then extract all frames (deleting any duplicates) and then reconstruct them to video files merged with it's audio ripped from the 3DO version too.
