This is using an armor swap bug that allows into the light (vow raid mod) to be applied to any armor and work anywhere. To do the bug have a loadout with into the light on your armor take all the mods off put said armor into the vault, after that you re apply loadout and swap you desired armor of choice with no mods on that armor.
