It's been 7 years since I uploaded my very first AMV and I'm honestly amazed by the fact that the channel has grown so much, as well as my editing itself :'D I haven't been very motivated to edit this year, but lately I've been feeling more and more intrigued to start making edits again, which feels great! I'm so excited that you guys still watch and comment on my videos and I couldn't be more thankful, you're all amazing ♥
Moving on to talking a bit about the new season of Mo Dao Zu Shi. I enjoy this series so much, probably because it really makes you think about the story and the characters. Nothing is like, too obvious which keeps the series interesting. This season was indeed needed in order to understand more about the first season, they really complement each other. I Haven't read much of the novel itself, but I honestly don't think I'll be able to wait until they release a new season to get to know what happens next haha
I decided to go with a pretty "simple" style for this AMV with focus on scene-selection as well as the story of the character. Wei Wuxian grew a lot on me in this season and I wanted to show of the moments that changed his life (aka when like literally almost everyone he loved or cared about died lowkey because of him). I also wanted to show off his relationship with Lan Wangji and that Lan really tries his best to stop Wei to turn into the monster everyone already believe he's become. (also yes the quality is shit bc of yt and I'm afraid I do not know how to avoid youtube completely destroying it in every video that i upload lol)
