(Yes, this is on HoE. I forgot to press Tab at the beginning, sorry!)
On perk (tested with L5 Firebug, don't know how much of a bonus you need), a Flare Revolver can flinch lock a scrake with body shots. It takes about 24 shots to take one down, which means you have to reload in between. However, if you time your escape right when crisp-up time kicks in, you can reload safely and finish off the scrake with the final 12 or so shots.
I also demonstrate the accuracy of dual Flares to show that unlike the currently bugged iteration of the standard dual pistols, the accuracy is consistent regardless of direction, and how the left pistol fires to the left of the center and the right fires to the right of the center. Interestingly enough, a single pistol, when firing from the hip, still fires to the right of the center, but aiming down the sight will fire down the center as normal.
