This test is done on Hell on Earth Difficulty, which means Medic's speed bonus is only +20% instead of +25%.
Level 6 zerker max speed = 298
Level 6 medic max speed = 285

* Max speed is holding a knife with 1/15 blocks and max health.
* Medic's max speed is still less than zerker's on Hard-
* Berserker slowly pulls ahead on the main screen
Even though zerker has a higher top speed, they are effectively equally fast. At their speeds, the difference is so small that both would need to be running nonstop over a fair distance for it to even be noticeable. Also, medic's run speed is universal while zerker's only applies when wielding melee weapons sans chainsaw.
