Fun challenge. Power creep at it's finest.
Build: Heart of Inmost Light, Touch of Thunder, Spark of Shock, Spark of Magnitude, 5x Firepower (I get 5x CwL stacks then swap armor), 2x Bomber, 4x Into the Light, 100 resilience, 100 discipline.
Moople was running Powerful Friends and Elemental Charge + Supreme Wellmaker so that he could periodically grab a well and give us stacks back.

This Storm grenades build is kinda broken and in the right scenarios it's definitely the highest sustained DPS build in the game, I'll probably make a video about it soon!
Those grenades aren't actually as good as showed in the video btw, the mod "Into the Light" from Vow of the Disciple" gives them more than double damage inside the Raid, but they are still the best grenades in the game even without that!
