Shadow of the Erdtree!
Edit - After sleeping on it/reviewing, I think the fight might actually be great. My issue is that in phase 2 the visibility is awful, and the audio clutter of the beams going off in his combos messes with my timing. It's rather difficult to learn the second phase of this fight without going to video for a more relaxed analysis, and I more or less refuse to do that.
