My Rating Provincial Parks Series continues! Killbear Provincial Park is up next, and I have to admit I have mixed feelings about this park. It's beautiful, I love the beaches, and the amenities are pretty great. But on the flip side, because it's so popular it always seems busy and hectic and not the peaceful camping vibes I tend to like.

Here are my pros and cons:

Pros:
⛱️ Incredible beaches
🌳 Beautiful scenery, especially over Georgian Bay
🥾 Good trail options including some accessible sections
🏕 Waterfront site options in multiple campgrounds
🦌 Great visitor centre (with a small souvenir shop)
🐶 Nice dog beach

Cons:
🚫 Not a very walkable park
🚗 Lots of traffic on weekends
👎 It gets very crowded
🛒 No park store, have to leave the park for any supplies
🤷‍♀️ Generally the sites are hit or miss in quality

What are your thoughts on Killbear? Does it get less busy mid-week?
