About us
Whilst conducting market research with surf schools in Israel,
we found that 80% of beginner surfers quit the sport
because they could not get enough power to catch a wave.
We have developed and engineered a propulsion system
that provides the surfer an initial acceleration.
A one-handed wireless remote
is used to activate KikFin and create the power
to assist in catching a wave.
KikFin easily fits onto any surfboard
and is for universal use.
In the testing phase
we discovered KikFin can help reduce the population density
at the breaking point on a wave.
The power allows unexperienced surfers
to spread across the beach
and be able to catch a wave,
stand up and practice their surfing skills
away from the breaking point.
KikFin has further been adapted for SUP's
(stand up paddle boards),
diving,
hydrofoiling and inflatables.
Several add-ons have been developed
for a variety of water activities and recreational use.
By bringing technology to the water-sports industry,
we aim to improve the customer experience worldwide.
