How do you keep a child with food allergies safe, particularly out of the house? Restaurants, parties, school: all of these places can be challenging to manage when a child has an allergy.
Emma Amoscato (of Free From Farmhouse) has been through it all with her two children, and has written a book for parents - "Living With Allergies" - that contains everything you need to know about the ins and outs of raising children with allergies. She's joined by Dr Adam Fox; a consultant paediatric allergist and trustee of Allergy UK.
