At some point in life, everyone experiences a form of bullying. For most people, this happens during their school years, which leaves them feeling alone, scared, and hurt. Being bullied is an awful position to be in, but luckily, there are ways to deal with the situation that will prevent you from becoming a target.
Regardless of your age, the tactics to beat the bully remain the same. Even if you are fortunate enough to have never been in this situation, it is always a good idea to prepare yourself just in case you become a target in the future.
