This video is part of my “KiCad Like a Pro, 4th edition” course, updated for KiCad 8! In this session, I’m excited to show you the final result: the manufactured PCB. After a couple of weeks, I received the PCB in the mail, and I’ll walk you through its key characteristics and features.
We’ll take a close look at the copper tracks, the combination of surface-mounted and through-hole components, the single mounting hole, and the silkscreen markings on both sides of the PCB. I’ll also share some close-up photos so you can see the details of the design and manufacturing quality.
*****
Don’t forget to check out the full course here and grab a 15% discount with the coupon code “YOUTUBE15.” This discount is also valid for the “KiCad Like a Pro” eBook, which I’ve completely re-written for KiCad 8.
