An exclusive practise set from Kibo & Chamber45 when coming up with the concept of Murkage Simulator, exploring the intersections of video game music with grime and dance.
Kibo explains more: “Murkage simulator is an event that me, M.I.C, Chamber 45 and namuh came together to build. Its a celebration of video games and grime/dance music and the many cool intersections between them. The main event is MCs spitting over video game music, and we also have specially curated DJ sets which focus around particular game(s) or type of video game music. Its designed to be an immersive experience where people are transported to some mad video game realm where they’re skanking and having a good time but also having those “oh shit” moments when they hear a certain video game track in the context of a rave/set and its going off.”
