These numbers may very well be tweaked before release. I like this champion and (from a current glance) I think he'll do better than either Syndra or Rengar did when they released. He has a deceptively high skillcap, especially if you evolve the ultimate and can manage his damage reduction bursts well.
I've read that there's an easter egg with Rengar, causing Rengar's Bonetooth item to change names and icon to "Kha'Zix head" instead. No stat differences. Supposedly this comes after Rengar kills Kha'Zix, but we were not able to replicate this in a custom match (nor did we try for very long).
My initial thought with evolution - Q, then R, then E. You can change it depending on your situation, but honestly those three are incredibly strong, and the order seems pretty standard. Early Q is good b/c of everything that increased attack range brings you, mid-game R is good for the solid damage reduction, and lategame E is great when you're in team fights with lots of people, can dish out damage for kills/assists, and can snowball that with multiple leaps.
A lot of people complained about the similarity of Darius, Draven, and Jayce when they were released. riot responded by saying they wanted to avoid doing thematically similar releases so close together. Then they released Syndra and Diana, to similar complaints. Because of this, it's odd to me they're releasing Kha'Zix immediately after Rengar.
