Hey guys! It's been a while, but now it's contest time again!! XDDD
We've come up with a new contest idea. Our next contest is a collab contest, in a beta battle format. Here's some info for you:
1) Teams of 2 will be formed by draw. All the names will be written on a piece of paper, put inside a jar and randomly picked out. So anyone can be your partner!! XDDD
2) Each participating member will suggest a song. The song for each team will be selected by the draw in a similar way mentioned above.
3) One team will battle another, and depending on the number of members joining, we may have to go to a "Round2".
4) The judge this time won't be KeroFaria. The videos will be judged by the viewers. Only those viewers vote will be counted who will watch both videos and give opinions on both of them.
5) If you sign up for the contest, you must submit your video and not back out! coz if you do back out, your partner will lose by default!!
6) Deadline will be a good length of time. So we're sure you can get enough time to finish your part XDD
7) This Contest is for KFS Members ONLY!!!

[Judging Rules & Criteria]
This is the first round of KFS Collab Beta Battle Contest 2011 and like mentioned earlier in the promo videos, the judging in this tournament will be done by viewers. That means its a viewers choice tournament.
Anyone can watch this video, but if you are going to judge, watch both this video and the opponents video from the link. Just follow these simple rules if you are willing to judge:
1) Watch both videos and you may compare them based on choice of clips, effects, video sync with beats, video contents relating to the lyrics, etc.
2) You dont have to write a detailed reasoning for your voting. Just a few words will do.
3) You must be an editor yourself to judge. A non-editors vote will not be counted.
4) Whether the participant(s) is/are your good friend(s) or worst enemies (LOL! XD), please be fair in judging.
5) KFS members participating in this tournament can also vote/judge, as long as they are not a part of this particular battle.
6) Judging will close on July 02, 11 midnight (12 am GMT) .

Rules:
1) Both teams must edit a song from the two suggested in the description. It does not have to be the same, as long as the song is the one of the two that have been linked.
2) Video length/duration must be 60~90sec. That means at least 60sec but no longer than 90sec.
3) Winners from each battle will be decided from voting points from the judges. The team(s) getting more votes wins.
4) Collab can be in 2 parts, 4parts or however you want it. But both partners should edit the same amount of time/length. For example, if your collab is 1min 10sec, each partner should edit 35sec.
5) Once your collab is completed, send a download link to KFS through PM. You must send your video by the end of the last date of each round. (30th August)")
